1952 Harley-Davidson XLCH Model K for Sale

This is a 1952 Model - The Harley K model was produced in 1952 and 1953, it is a 750CC – V twin engine 750CC.

It is the precursor to the Sportster. It has brand new tires, a complete tune-up with all of the fluids changed and a brand new 6 volt battery. I have not driven it much but she starts, runs, goes through the gears and stops. It does

not leak any oil or smoke. It gets alot of interest and compliments. It looks like it was repainted at some point and it looks good given the vintage. The rims were painted gray as the picture shows. There are 2 switches on the handlebars that do not work and I have not had the time to check into it.

The mileage says 1486 - but clearly the true mileage is unknown. This is an original; and it ’s not perfect, but highly desirable. The frame does not seem modified at all; and the engine is original to the motorcycle. The motorcycle is a 6-volt system and kick start. You can drive it now or you can do a frame off restoration
