The current owner no longer has time to use it. Sleeps up to 6 people. Features include heated mirrors, running boards, slide-out storage, a 4.0k W Onan generator, a large fridge, and a spacious

layout. Entering the unit, you'll find the cab with a large cab-over bunk to the right. To the left is the slide-out area with the sofa sleeper and dinette across from the kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, sink & cabinet storage.

The microwave has been removed. Moving towards the rear of the unit is the split bath with sink, vanity, and toilet on the right and shower on the left. At the rear of the RV is the queen bed with wardrobe storage and a nightstand.

Per the seller this one has newer tires, the roof was recently recoated, & the undercarriage is clean. The awning has a tear in it, the A/c stopped working about 6 months ago and needs to be repaired. There is no microwave, there is some minor cosmetic damage to the exterior storage bays, & the skylight over the bathroom needs to be replaced.
