ORIGINAL PAINT. This is a very rare half year model and the first year of the 80 inch Shovelhead. This motorcycle is an untouched original which has been maintained and taken care of its entire life. The motorcycle has brand new tires, brand new battery, and all fresh fluids. This motorcycle needs nothing, it stays on a battery
tender and under a cover. It shifts through all four gears perfectly and runs perfect at freeway speeds. Included is the windscreen, mirrors, and tour pack rear box. This is the queen mother of the AMF bikes, It rides as smooth as sitting on a half melted cube of butter.
It would be difficult to find one in better original condition. Comes with a thick folder of original dealership brochures and paperwork, an original AMF Alarm system, and a 1978 dealer belt buckle.
