A 1964 Porsche 356 C Original Cabriolet (Reutter) 1600 C From 1975 Till' Recently - The Owner Never Had Any Intentions On Selling It.

The " Ill Be Buried In" Story, Whoever Knocked On His Door Thru The Years. That all changed recently. Spent its entire life in Southern California, with its original Blue plates. Making this a Original

California 356C Cabriolet. It has always been mostly stored in the garage well taken care of. Being cherished by the owner for many years, it had become more then just a car to him. The Porsche remains in beautiful shape for its age still turns heads whenever driven.

Had a light restoration done in the early 90's, was repainted in Ivory White. All the trim work chrome still shines well, excellent shape. The convertible top, seat upholstery carpet was recently replaced with German classic material that is correct. The Porsche is in running driving condition. What makes this Porsche such more valuable is that it still running on the original 1600c engine, Zenith carburetors, numbers matching

drivetrain. The original 4 speed manual transmission shifts into all gears just fine. All the original Disc brakes are in great condition, drives stops straight.

The engine doesn't smoke, runs smoothly. I recently had both the original Zenith carburetors professionally rebuilt tuned by Nardi Motors in Los Angeles, a Porsche specialist. In 1984, the engine had a complete overhaul rebuilt. Was still is a dependable driver. I still have the service records from over the years.

1973 Kawasaki Z1 - a very nice example of a 73 Z1. This bike was a bit customised with 29mm smooth bores, Koni shocks and 4 into1 pipe. Paint all over bike is original, body work and frame, runs good and is very strong. Would be easy to put back to 100%, or keep as is - as it ’s a very nice machine. Fairly low miles on machine and from the looks of it I would believe them to be true just a great Z1. Used 1973 Kawasaki Z 12,249 miles 1973 Kawasaki Z1 - a very nice example of a 73 Z1. For those of you that know what a Rickman Honda CR750 is, you know what a unique and rare opportunity this is to own a real and surviving example in museum quality like this one is. This particular Rickman is manufactured in May of 1974, making it an early production example. The original Rickman ID plate is still attached to the head tube and is crystal clear, like new. No monkey business here! This bike is a careful build of a complete kit to correct period specifications in every detail, by one of the most expert vintage and classic European motorcycle restorer/builder in this country. The level of research, care and detail that went into this motorcycle is second to none. It is absolutely stunning, the photos don't do this bike the justice that it deserves. The nickel plating on the frame is original and completely intact. It has a rare nickel plated Japanese market side stand as well, super easy to deploy. The center stand is also nickel plated, unlike most others that are left as raw or painted steel. It's these kinds of details that sets this bike apart from all others.if you can find another like it, that is. The engine is a 1971 K1 Honda CB750 mill that has been fully rebuilt and worked with an 810cc kit, Norris R Grind cam, giving it more punch than a stock engine. Exhaust is new old stock ORIGINAL HM300 pipes with modified factory baffles. The package is complimented by carefully overhauled 28mm Keihn carbs with screened velocity stacks that enhance midrange punch. Every effort has been made to maintain the authenticity of the original kit, from the NEW as-original Dunlop K81 'TT100' type tires to the original and correct instrumentation and switchgear. This Rickman CR motorcycle is exactly as it would have appeared to enthusiasts of the day, right down to the period-correct and England-sourced “Stadium ” mirrors. The wiring harness is an NOS K3 wiring harness, as that is a little more robust, has fuses, and is easy to adapt to than the original K1 unit. The fuel tank has been internally lined with Caswell Plating's 2-part epoxy system which is ethanol-proof. So there are no worries tanking up at your local filling station. The wheels have been totally rebuilt and the spokes have been replaced with one gauge larger. All of the bodywork is original, in its original Daytona Orange gel-coat finish (not painted! ) as sold by the Rickman brothers. The only parts that have been painted are the side covers and the headlight bucket, neither of which were supplied or color-matched by the Rickmans. The bike fires right up and rides perfectly without issues, it is perfectly at home on the road, as it is on display in a museum.
